This is in a early beta phase until we get a couple more things behind it, but if you want to be an early tester, let us know and we can ramp you in.

There is a lot more coming but we did make a early release yesterday of Event Logs. This is additional logging on individual tickets that shows the events that occurred on the ticket including the state of workflow tasks. It can help with debugging complex workflow tasks.
