Function to check previous comments

Hey Satoshi, I think this is possible today with automation and the scheduler. When you say "same message" you are saying that someone types the same message multiple times, or you are saying run an action only if there is no new message from the customer/agent?
The schedule task is able to be configured to only run the schedule when there have been no new messages from user/agent/etc. Does that help?
