When a pull request has a reference to a foqal ticket id on a commit or on the pull request title, it would be great to have it linked to foqal some how, in a way that there is traceability between why a PR is being created, and on the foqal ticket the PR/s can be accessed through a link.

The functionality is very similar to what's found in Jira Development
