When a pull request has a reference to a foqal ticket id on a commit or on the pull request title, it would be great to have it linked to foqal some how, in a way that there is traceability between why a PR is being created, and on the foqal ticket the PR/s can be accessed through a link. The functionality is very similar to what's found in Jira Development (ref https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/reference-issues-in-your-development-work/ )

Our legal team is exploring ticketing systems, and would like to be able to link tickets submitted into foqal to Ironclad, which is a software they use for managing lifecycle of contracts

Would be great for onboardin/offboarding if HR could complete their task in Collage, and it would automatically create an appropriate ticket with the required details.
