JSON content is not displayed correctly on the Web.

I've tried to setup auto-follow up messages that get the assignee slack ID so they can be tagged in follow-up messages. It doesn't seem to be functioning as expected. Might be a bug that needs to be fixed.

When I close a ticket while it's still in the New column, it stays in Unread state and I have to go mark it as Read manually. If I read it and decided it needed to be closed for whatever reason without any other action, it needs to be marked as read...

Messages to Slack for multi-line notes are incorrect, with "_" before and after the message.

In the Automation Condition, Users is judged as existing even if it is empty.

This problem occurs with Multiple Choice and Users.
