I believe OG Halp had this - was really nice to quickly assign a ticket to yourself, versus having to click to edit, find your name, and click again.

Currently it's not possible to set a view to filter the current user only when setting up a view. This would be greatly appreciated as we have a growing amount of teams wanting to use Foqal in our org and being able to have a pre-made view for all agents would decrease any potential friction with adoption

Make the My Tickets view more similar and easier to create requests and see existing ones.

Admins are unable to see what approvals are still outstanding to remind the approvers to take an action (or override them). Admins should have the ability to view al outstanding approvals.

Allow Foqal to understand if a user is available to route tickets or not automatically without using Slack status.
