AI for Reporting
Submitting a request to leverage AI for reporting. It would be great to ask the AI questions related to tickets on a global scale (ie. what was the avg resolution time or how many tickets were created this month?). Additionally, would be helpful if the AI could help created reports/dashboards via prompts.

MoM comparisons
Allow users to see month over month, year over year, or other time periods (ex: compared to 2 weeks ago). This applies to rows, counters, tables, etc

Multiple Dimensions & Filters in Reporting Widgets
It would be great if we could pull in multiple dimensions in reporting, specifically line graphs over time. We have two ticketing channels and would want to see ticket volumes over time by channel. Currently this has to be broken out into separate widgets in Foqal, but would be a lot cleaner and easier to digest if it was within one chart.
