Currently, the Foqal bot will reply with recommended answers to a Slack question, but the requestor has to click on the link, login to Foqal, then go back to Slack and click the link again (logging into Foqal doesn't automatically re-direct them to the answer). It makes for a super clunky process and low utilization of answers. Most people just ignore it, open the ticket, and the ticket could have been deflected if the answer was easily available.
